Bidledger is a public dataset of open public procurement tenders across the European Union, rebuilt daily from the official TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) publications. Callers can list currently open tenders, filter them by country, publication date, or buyer, and retrieve the detail record for an individual tender including its title, contracting authority, value, and submission deadline. It is served as static JSON over HTTPS. No credentials required.
